Problems with the Archives (Index) box while setting up the ClueBot III

Greetings!

I'd need help with some of the problems I've encountered with the Archives (Index) box after trying to set up the ClueBot III at an article Talk Page, Talk:Compact executive car. Probably it's due to my own fault, as this is the first time trying to add an archiving bot by myself and I made some errors. Here's what happened in short:

1. I tried to set up the bot erroneously at the article Talk Page. For some reason, one part of the code got separated from the other, and was to be found from another section of the article. I also misunderstood the | archiveprefix={{SUBST:FULLPAGENAME}}/Archive parameter. At this point, the Archives (Index) was all crazy, listing topics from ! (disambiguation) to 469705 ǂKá̦gára, articles that have nothing to do with the Talk Page discussions.
2. I fixed the syntax, but the Archives (Index) problem still persisted.

ClueBot NG appears to report user after level 3 warning instead of level 4 warning.

Hi there! I see that on this diff, the bot reverted vandalism by an IP. Before that, I gave the IP a level 3 warning. However, just after the bot reverted the edit, it automatically reported the IP to the vandalism noticeboard instead of giving the IP a level 4 warning. I didn't give the IP a level 4 warning before this, which you can see at the IP talk page history. Is the bot working properly? Thanks! INeedSupport ^:3 21:39, 24 April 2019 (UTC)
