According to the VGChartz website all the first 5 orignal crash bandicoot games have sold well over what has been stated on the crash series wiki for example, it states crash warped has sold 3.87 million units however it has sold well over 7.2 million units worldwide can someone update them please, the psn sales have also sold approximetly 1.2 million. if any clarification is needed go on to the VGChartz website and in the info box type in the crash bandicoot games and will give you the correct sales amount —Preceding unsigned comment added by 94.3.240.198 (talk) 14:12, 13 May 2011 (UTC)
The source that is used currently for the crash bandicoot sales is the magic box, how do you know that is a valid source? that also may be unreliable, that sourced is dated in 2003 the sales have increased vastly since then. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 94.3.240.197 (talk) 15:45, 14 May 2011 (UTC)
Hello On crash bandicoot: wrath of cortex’s, wiki page there is no section on `Development` of the game. There is some very interesting articles stating that Mark Cerny was going to design this game as he had designed all the original games and Sony was going to publish it, but Universal Interactive fell out with them both and travellers tales (the development team) had to go from a free roaming game to a standard Crash game with a reduced time-line - 12 months - and having to design the game themselves from scratch.
It would be very, very helpful if this could be stated on the wiki page with a `Development` section as all the other crash games have this section but this does not, and not many people know this. If any evidence is required go on to Crash Mania on the games section and click on wrath of cortex mysteries as well as "Gamasutra interview with Jon Burton (the head of travellers tales)" — Preceding unsigned comment added by 94.3.240.208 (talk) 16:50, 25 May 2011 (UTC)

Hello First I’d like to thank you for what you added to the wrath of cortex it all makes much more sense now.
On the Crash Bash video game wiki page there is not enough information on the successful sales it had achieved. All the other original PS1 Crash games had all the information about the sales. I.e. crash bash sold very well as it achieved 1.6 million in sales. And as a whole the crash bash wiki page looks weak and needs more information, especially the introduction.
It would be very helpful if you could do this
Thanks — Preceding unsigned comment added by 90.221.106.160 (talk) 13:18, 27 May 2011 (UTC)
On the Crash bandicoot series wiki there is no section with music from the series, it would be very useful to have this included as the crash bandicoot videogame music was very popular.
Can you do this please? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 90.220.101.249 (talk) 15:20, 24 June 2011 (UTC)
Hello
I have started a music section article on the crash bandicoot series wiki page as there wasn't one. The Crash bandicoot video game music was extremely popular and still is, I as well as others were very suprised to find out that this section hadn't been done, anyway i have started it and it would be very helpful if you could help finish it as it is vital to have this included and also you are very good at doing wiki pages as you are a member.
Many thanks — Preceding unsigned comment added by 90.221.106.163 (talk) 17:36, 25 July 2011 (UTC)
I'm sorry things got a bit heated over the merger discussions. Hello Cat's Tuxedo,
I realize you probably put a fair amount of work into these, but I don't think your changes to the Year in Video Gaming lists was actually an improvement (e.g. 2016 in video gaming , 2017 in video gaming ). Most notably, you don't appear to have used any "sanity" threshold on these lists for number of reviews. It's comparatively easy to get a high score off just 4 reviews on obscure sites or the like, but it's misleading to consider that equivalent to more heavily reviewed games reviewed by all the big players. This is a smaller issue, but I also don't see the advantage in including GameRankings. See Wikipedia_talk:WikiProject_Video_games/Archive_119#GameRankings_discussion for one old discussion on the topic. If nothing else, including GR has bloated the length of these lists more than I think is merited - a stylistic preference to be sure, but going more than 25 or so games starts getting a little too long. Basically, I'd rather we go back to one source (MetaCritic) and enforce a threshold of at least 10 reviews to make the resulting list, with mentioning in prose at the end of the table highly scoring games with only a few reviews (both gives them credit, but recognizes they are potentially niche and maybe less reviewed for a reason). I read through both sources, and they are dated to 2006, which was when Vivendi Universal Games ceased publishing under their own name. That's why all those games are listed as Sierra even if they weren't originally branded as such. Like sure enough in Europe they were branded as Sierra, but in the US and Japan, they are branded as Vivendi Universal, so please, just take my reasoning right.
Also, why do you have to abbreviate Vivendi Universal on the Crash Twinsanity page? It makes the page look unprofessional. Luigitehplumber (talk) 15:47, 30 September 2020 (UTC)

Hey! Just wanted to clarify that I have absolutely no problems with DDLC. In fact, I liked the game back when it was popular and still do today. I just thought it qualified as a fad, but I guess not after all.
Remember Baldi's Basics? That was more of a fad than DDLC, imo. It was popular in June 2018 but then kinda died, VERY similar to Fall Guys this August. DDLC didn't really "die", it still has a highly active subreddit and fanbase. It's just not a "trending game" anymore, but trending games aren't the same as fads.
If DDLC is considered a fad just because it got popular, then by that logic Cuphead should also be considered a fad. See the problem in that logic? I do now so I'm sorry for potentially causing edit conflict on the DDLC article. On the Undertale page, I added reliable sources, but could find no such sources for DDLC. So I won't add the category to the page from here on out. --ThisIsSparta2007 (talk) 19:03, 1 December 2020 (UTC)

Recently, I talked with Bob Camp on his Facebook post - https://facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=10225941420785679&id=1339389430&anchor_composer=false and the real reason why he calls himself as the co-creator of Ren and Stimpy, is because he sees some people and verificable proof that don't consider him as the co-creator of Ren and Stimpy as lies and misinformation and he defended himself with his work in the original series as a defense, but because that these verificable proof shows the true side of the creation of Ren and Stimpy (like Bill Wray's 1993 interview), I think we should urgently protect not only Bob Camp's page, as well The Ren & Stimpy Show page here to avoid another fan of Camp add unsourced information he being the "co-creator" of Ren and Stimpy in these pages, like happened with the show's page, when a fan of Bob Camp added a unverifiable source which was an interview with him on YouTube, which was reverted MariaSantanaSilva (talk) 18:52, 27 March 2021 (UTC)
Notice that Camp sees some people and verificable proof that don't consider him as the co-creator of Ren and Stimpy since the show's beginning, just clarifying here about it MariaSantanaSilva (talk) 20:24, 27 March 2021 (UTC)

How do you like cats but do not own one? I mean, those are your two first userboxes, and the fact that they're so close together yet so contrary in their meanings bothers me :/ Other than that, I agree with all of your userboxes, but please use Twitter... carefully. It's a weird place, at the very least.
And great work on the most underrated Crash game.
But mostly, the point of this section is to warn you about EATEOT. It seems like you're interested but it can get really depressing at times. I'm not gatekeeping or anything, this album has proven to really mess up some people, especially those that had close experiences with dementia. I recommend listening to An Empty Bliss Beyond This World first as sort of a tech demo, whereas EATEOT is the full game. Wetrorave (talk) 13:20, 14 July 2021 (UTC)
The article Marc Alfos has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Fails WP:NACTOR / WP:NENT is reliant on a single reference - noting IMDb is not an acceptable or reliable source.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Dan arndt (talk) 03:06, 16 July 2021 (UTC)

Hi! I've been trying to figure out who in the Video Game WikiProject might be able to help. I thought you might have the expertise, and hope you might have the time, too. I managed to get Toys for Bob to GA about a year ago, and I'm hoping to get it to FA by the end of the year. I don't want to just get away with throwing the current GA into the FA process, because I think there are probably some gaps that could be filled in their Activision era: specifically any key staff who deserve to be highlighted, and their work on Skylanders, Crash, and Spyro. I saw you had done some high quality editing around these topics, and wanted to see if you felt like collaborating on an FA, or even just helping me dig up some sources I haven't found yet. Would be happy to return the favor on another collaboration that you care about. Shooterwalker (talk) 18:08, 9 October 2021 (UTC)
