Going around and putting me down for nominating the article up for AfD is no way to act. If you want to slam me, then do it here. Every one event AfD you comment on you say keep. Every article stands on its own not to ones you only say keep to.
The "rescue" tag is not what other articles are doing but what Barne's article is doing. Does it meet the Guidelines for rescue? 1) does it need referencing? No, it had plenty of reliable references. 2) Is it written poorly? No 3) Does it lack information readily available? No. Article is about one event and it has plenty references about the one event. 4) Does it need to be cleaned up? No. Therefore, no rescue tag. I asked the editor to discuss, he refused and kept removing the rescue tag. Funny... you tell him to discuss, but you also like to remove without discussing. Thanks alot.

A new template was created today, Template:IMJ-IAC. I just added it to Tevet's article and you should use it from now on. What is nice is you can see what articles are using the template here. You are doing football player articles. Almost every footballer has English references. You have done 5 football articles since I contacted you a few days ago. You have only added Portuguese, Spanish or Turkish references. When I do a Google search, English references are always listed on the first page shown for every player. I see you removed the Proposed for Deletion tag on Emre Sahin (footballer) that another editor had put on. Just to let you know, there are guidelines located at WP:NFOOTBALL that say when a footballer is presumed notable. As Sahin hasn't "represented their country in any officially sanctioned senior international competition" and is not playing for a league outlinee at the list of fully professional leagues kept by WikiProject Football (he is playing for a third division and not first division Belgium team), Sahin shouldn't have an article. You are writing perfectly good articles. I have absolutely no complaint about the articles except for English references, just be careful on what player to add. Yes, I'd say good call on the copyvio ones.
Gara Garayev is perfectly fine. He is on a professional Azerbaijani team that plays in the Azerbaijan Premier League. The league is listed at Wikipedia:WikiProject_Football/Fully_professional_leagues. There should not be a non-English reference when English ones are available. So, I replaced the ref with one from Soccerway. The Soccerway ref provides a source that he plays on "legal" team, therefore he is presumed notable and doesn't need another ref.
Oi, Zeina Awad is a tough one. I have a really tough time with Journalists. They are on-the-air or in print all the time, but not much is ever talked about them. The only guidance is at WP:AUTHOR. All but the first two refs in the article are youtube links to the program she hosts. These refs do nothing to establish nobility because they are not independent of Ms. Awad. The first ref just mentions her name, therefore, it is not significant coverage. I can't see the second ref. So, there are no reliable, independent refs that give significant coverage of Ms. Awad. I tried looking for any article that was just about her and did not see any. This is a judgement call. I see nothing in the "rules" that says she should have an article, but I maybe wrong. I'd say take her to AfD. In the nom, state what I said about the refs in the article and also say you can't find any source that is about her. Bgwhite (talk) 19:42, 8 September 2011 (UTC)
Yeh, that was pretty much my feelings about Zeina Awad, too! I'm a bit chary of links to YouTube stuff (because of the wossname about linking to possible copvio-problem pages, too) though i didn't actually check out whether those were 'legal' vids, if you see what I mean. I couldn't see a darned thing actually talking about her anywhere, either. So we're pretty much in agreement about her, it seems.
The footballers - I think I'll just avoid footballers! I just don't know enough about football to suss out if the league they're playing in is 'good enough', so I'll leave those to someone else. The only problem I do have with them is that I can never seem to find anything amounting to "sufficient sources" to say anything about them other than which league / team / country they play for, so I tend to feel they're always going to have insufficient sources to make any kind of decent BLP article at all, unless they do something dramatic and end up on the front page for something other than football, so it's more a case of me humming and haaahing about insufficient sources than notability, I s'pose. So, I'll avoid most sporty-person articles, just on the basis that I'm not likely to make good judgment calls on them (no rule says I have to go through every darned page ....... lol!) Yea, I do the same about footballers... Unless something strikes me as strange, I pass them on thru. By strange, I mean no refs at all or they are under 20. If they are under 20, the chances of them playing on a notable professional team are low. I had an eight year old footballer come thru saying they were notable because they were playing with 12-year olds. I can pick out tennis players (only because I made a huge mistake and did alot of learning), golfers, American football players and baseball players. Everything else is just pass on thru unless something is strange.

There isn't one that I know of. I've been adding the "listas" parameter to the WikiProject Biography template -- somewhere or other there's a link to a category of pages with the template but no alphabetization. Hi. Just wanted you to know that you didn't remove just the IMDB ref from this article, you also removed references from the Internet Broadway Database (IBDB) and the Internet Off-Broadway Database (IOBDB) which are not user-accessible databases like IMDB, but are mantained by two professional organizations, the League of American Theatres and the Lucille Lotel Foundation, respectively. They are both considered to be reliable sources, because their satabase is built from programs, theatre records, union records, etc.
Further, IMDB itself is considered to be reliable for things like cast lists and credits, it's primarily not reliable for biographical information about subjects -- which is not how it was used. Nonetheless, I'll do a bit of research and back up the one IMDB credit.

The first Turkish one looks to be ok for a reference. Unfortunately, it doesn't go into detail about Mr Sabanci, therefore it can't be used to establish notability on Wikipedia. The second link, en.rodovid.org, is a user generated wiki. The other two links say the information is from Wikipedia. A user generated wiki or Wikipedia are not considered reliable sources because anyone can edit. WP:SOURCES as some information on what makes a reliable source. It takes 10 days for the proposed deletion to run its course, so there is time to come up with some sources.
In order for an article about a living person to be on Wikipedia, generally, it has to meet WP:GNG. If there are no sources, then there is no page. Unfortunately, any information that you provide about yourself is not deemed independent, thus not amissable. This is not to say you are not notable in the real world, just not on Wikipedia. I think journalist and businesspeople have the hardest trouble with these requirements. Journalists write alot, but not to many get written about. Businesspeople get written about, but it is usually only in the context of the company... You see news stories about the companies that have quotes or mention company officials, but not many stories about the businesspeople themselves. Bgwhite (talk) 08:32, 10 September 2011 (UTC)

First off, you have a Conflict of Interest in adding these articles. Adding authors that will be at your festival and only using the festival's site as a reference is very dangerous. This doesn't mean you shouldn't be adding these articles, just you have to be careful. Please read WP:COI.
Second, adding these articles that are a word for word copy of the festival's website is not good even if you get permission to do so. Please write the article in your own words with information taken from the references.
Finally the most important, there really needs to be more references. Some of the authors don't really sound notable if you just use the festival's reference. There needs to be multiple references that talk about the authors. Preferably the references should be in English, but you have some in Turkish, that is just fine. If you can get these references, then saving the articles is just a matter of writing. Regarding notability (I assume that's what you meant, not nobility), he's very notable in the Scottish fiddling scene, having placed in a major competition (the US Nationals) and is a member of two ensembles. One rather notable--The Virginia Company--and one significant in the Scottish music scene--The New Caledonian Four (members include Colyn Fischer). He also teaches at the relatively-prominent Jink and Diddle School of Scottish Fiddling.
How much of a presence the Scottish fiddling scene should have on Wikipedia is a separate matter.

I was adding the living parameter which is mandatory for WP Biography and removing collapsed from WPBannerShell, which is only added with 6 or more banners. btw... if it says AWB in the comment field, it was done manually. Hmm, you removed the living parameter twice and I added it back in. That was not edit waring. When you complained about the banner ("I don't give a fuck about god. - or if its only added mandatory") I reverted only once after the banner with notations showing the two different spots on why it should be. Thank you for your notification. I have since given this matter more thought. When I initially created up the article, I was of the opinion that if it goes to trial, it could become a lengthy saga in Australia's criminal history like the case of Keli Lane. However, I think it's too early to draw that conclusion and like the case of Keli Lane now that I look back on it, creating a Wikipedia article could compromise the impartiality of subject's trial which in turn could deprive Abraham Papo's family of a fair go. If the case goes to trial which results in a good deal of publicity, then we could discuss recreating the article once a verdict is delivered. Until then I agree that the article should be deleted. They can't be. On that note, I have challenged your WP:CSD A7 on Sunder Ramu. The article is now, and was at the time it was nominated under criteria A7 clearly indicated why the subject was important, which is all that is required to survive deletion under criteria A7. References from his own website and Wikipedia are not considered reliable references. Wikipedia is very strict on adding photos. In order to upload a photo, the photo needs to be in the public domain, a "free license" or a photo you took. See WP:IUP for more information. Is the photo someplace on the web? I think moving the Israel Museum external link upto references will solve alot of the problems. I saw the message Sreifa left you on your talk page. Normally should would be right about the use of inline citations. However, in the majority of articles so far, the Museum ref is the only reference given. So, having the Israel Museum reference not given in inline format should be fine.
I cleaned up Gal Weinstein... I cleaned up the two external links to his art work to make it a little easier to understand. Try to use the template for the Israel Museum and the same format for Weinstein for all the other articles.
I think this would make a good talk discussion at IMJ on what should the standard format for all these articles be. I've got another idea, but I have to get preliminary approval for it first. I'll get back to you when I have approval.

Images can be a real pain because of the tight copyright requirements of Wikipedia. From the link you gave me, you can't add it... There is no copyright listed. A photo has to be in the public domain or it gives permission to use the photo anyway a person pleases. If no copyright is listed, there is noway of knowing its copyright status. In the U.S., anything published before 1923 or created by certain government agencies (federal government for example) are in the public domain. Does the museum have any photos it could add? Thanks for your review of the page I created yesterday and I'm working to improve the references in this article. My problem here is that whilst the subject of the article is important in his field and probably an appropriate subject for an article (as per the "Perry Brothers" for instance - though that article is very well referenced) he's someone who avoids publicity where he can. My aim is to document his work without invading his privacy - we'll see how we go I suppose.

I took a look. I added a link in the external links section. This is enough to remove the BLPProd tag. Unfortunately, the article still needs reliable references about him to be kept. If the article was brought up for a deletion discussion, it would not be kept as the article stands now. While I do play the Warhammer video games and admire the sculptures at the local comic book store, I don't know enough to be able to find anymore links, especially with a common name that Egan has. With a PROD tag, anyone can remove it if they feel they have addressed the concerns or the PROD tag is not warranted. So, go ahead and remove it if you think it should be removed. Personally, I don't think Mr. Flowers has met the conditions of WP:GNG, specifically "Significant coverage". There are plenty of reliable, independent sources, but the problem is none of them are about him. The new reference you added is only a few sentences, but he is the subject... Thank you for trying to address the the concerns because most people just delete the prod tag.
His material could be merged into the Barmy Army article and his article redirected to Barmy Army. This way, when somebody looks for "Vic Flowers", they will still get his information, but also information on the Army. But, I'm just another editor like you and you know his material better than I. Hi Bgwhite - Thanks for catching the error in the Warren Chaney article. I left a note with Drmies (talk) but wanted to thank you directly. The mistake was mine and I do know better. I'd been working on the article "offline" and moved it to a workspace to check formatting. I "non-thinkingly" saved well before it was ready - meaning to move to a user space. I didn't' catch the error till later and nearly stroked when I did but unfortunately compounded the mistake by saving to "editing" instead of user. What can I say? It was lunacy. I didn't want to compound the mistake more by moving until I'd talked to an editor. Thanks for catching this so quickly. Whew!

I'm assuming you are concerned about this edit. It is a "house cleaning" edit and not what you are thinking it does.
You had added Category:Israeli video artists to be a subcategory under "Israeli Filmakers". There is no category "Israeli Filmakers", but there is "Israeli filmmakers". They all look good. A couple of articles look ALOT better.
Several of the articles were tagged to be wikified by AWB. This happens alot on the really small articles. AWB's only check is to see if there are enough wikilinks in the article. If you look at the comment section in the article's history, you can see if AWB added the tag or not. In those cases, there is not much to do except add some wikilinks, remove the wikified tag and move on... which is exactly what you were doing. Bgwhite (talk) 23:18, 11 October 2011 (UTC)

I took a look. Snyder was plastered on the local news when the Museum put the dead sea scrolls on-line. I was thinking that he didn't have an Israeli accent. I have declined your speedy deletion request on Jessi Buckeye. The article claims that she won or placed highly in a number of state or national athletic competitions; this is a sufficient claim to pass WP:CSD#A7. However, it doesn't seem like those claims are enough to pass WP:ATHLETE, so it may be appropriate to start an WP:AfD on the article. Long story short, when an article comes up in AfD that has a Who's Who ref, most likely the ref gets erased. There is no one place that says Who's Who is unreliable because there are so many different publishers of Who's Who books. If you do a search on "Who's Who reliable", you will come up with alot of instances of where the discussion states it is not reliable, especially in AfDs. The books are to be treated as self-published sources WP:SPS as people do submit their own information. "Official" policy on using it for nobility at WP:BIO, here and here are good discussions on the matter. Forbes had an interesting article about how anybody gets in Who's Who. Thanks - those links basically agree with my own understanding of the matter, which is that since it isn't being used to establish notability, there isn't an issue with the veracity of the source. These are largely uncontroversial points being sourced here, and several of them are backed up elsewhere, so I don't see an issue. That's a bit fast for tagging it, you don't seem to notice I wrote up the whole thing in one edit, which I labeled as the first half of the article in the summary. Aren't the tags meant to be like asking other editors to help do a job that I am in the middle of (literally) or are they to tell me that I'm only half-finished, which hey, I knew that when I wrote it. I suggest you look at my edit and see what I actually did. I did ALOT more than just adding a wikify tag. Also, another user came by and did wikify your article. The odds of somebody checking a new biography within 24 hours is extremely high... with WP:NPP and various other tracking categories. If you write a new article, just except somebody checking it soon. Also, there are a ton of articles of editors saying they will return to improve the article and never do. When somebody checks an article, they have to go on what is there and not what might be. Your summary of "saving 1/2" is very cryptic. I suggest when you create a new article, to create it in your Sandbox page and then move it over when you feel it should be moved. On your proposed deletion of Joseph Todd, I originally endorsed it as it was a pile of crock. But checking the history, it turns out that an IP editor changed the article from being about an Arena Football player. I've reverted back to the football player bio, and slapped on a source. Recently you deleted most of the sources in the article for Shai Linne in the discography section. All of these were links to iTunes pages where the album was being sold, and had the release date. Yes, I already know. I load up my queue and some articles already get taken care of before I get to them. I don't notice 100% of the ones that get taken care of. 750 new articles came in 3 days when just over 300 normally do, so I've been busier than normal and my queue not going down as fast. Hi again. Another bit of advice when using AWB for edits like this. Note that persondata dates should either follow the style used in the article or the YYYY-MM-DD format. Your edit replaced a valid date style with a conflicting one. Furthermore in sorting names there are exceptions for those with names like "da Silva" and "van Beethoven" – non-capitalised ones should be listed as "Beethoven, Ludwig van" for example. You're actually introducing errors here so make sure you are confident of why you're making your edits before you save them. Thanks. SFB 20:58, 3 November 2011 (UTC)
Incorrect. Please ask questions on why something is done and do not order somebody what to do without understanding why. Sorry, it is a pet peeve of mine.
1) For persondata, DD Month YYYY format or the Month DD, YYYY are the preferred formats. YYYY-MM-DD can be used, but is highly not recommend. There has been much discussion on this because if you just grab persondata, you don't know if it is YYYY-MM-DD or YYYY-DD-MM, DD-MM-YYYY or MM-DD-YYYY. There has been talk of doing tracking categories or bots to fix this. Also this has nothing to do with the preferred format in the article as it doesn't show up to reader... It is for people who do database manipulation and the need to know what format is being used is very important. When I see this while fixing something else, I correct it. I leave it alone if it is the only thing to correct.
2) "Beethoven, Ludwig van" or "Beethoven, Ludwig Van" in the defaultsort value means nothing. To the software this means the same thing. This is not introducing an error nor fixing one. It is AWB doing this and not me manually. Convention has it to capitalize each name element for defaultsort and listas, which is why AWB does it. If you want it fixed, do a bug report with AWB. If I see this as the only "correction" to be made in an article, I skip it. FYI in the example of McDonald. A recent upgrade to Wikimedia software allows the software to recognizes the capital D and sort according. It was supposed to be fixed in the latest SVN of AWB, but wasn't. I did file a bug report and is supposed to be fixed in the next SVN version.
3) If you are talking about "da Silva, Solonei" in the NAME value of persondata, the correct surname is "da Silva" This is something I manually do and not AWB. If AWB was doing it, it would do the same as default sort... da at the end and capitalized.
4) FYI... I see most new biography articles created, which is how I came across Solonei da Silva. You are one of the very few who actually fills in persondata and the talk page, so thank you very much. I fill in persondata and talk page on the new articles. I recently cleared out articles without listas or living parameters filled in under WikiProject Biography. I'm currently doing articles without NAME filled in on Persondata. I didn't make a single order in my message. I only directed you to the supporting relevant guidelines. Is the idea that YYYY-MM-DD "is highly not recommend" your opinion? The guide at Wikipedia:Persondata purposefully states that "YYYY-MM-DD is also acceptable". Talk page discussion actually yields several editors approving its use, and even arguing for it to be the default. If you wish to deprecate usage of ISO dates, then I suggest that you discuss this first at the Persondata talk page, rather than de facto enforcing it in the mainspace. The guide also says that we should "follow the Manual of Style guidelines on whether to use DD Month YYYY format or the Month DD, YYYY". Thus, it is relevant for persondata dates to match the article's style.
Persondata names should be as the alphabetized sort is done: thus "Silva, Solonei da", not "da Silva, Solonei".
Regardless of whether it is AWB automation or manual edits, you retain equal responsibility for your editing. If you know that an AWB bug is making an error in articles, you should simply not save the edit, rather than be complicit in its introduction. I appreciate your work in adding persondata to new articles which do not have it, but I don't really see why you're wasting your time altering already valid information in new articles that do. Date: Are you being a hypocrite? In Solonei da Silva you have "born 18 April 1982" right at the top. If it had an infobox, it would say the same thing. You are using two different format? Are you not following MOS? Yes you are following mos, because in different sections require different format. For the article, you spell out the date and use the same format (MOS:DATEUNIFY) In the references, use the same style. At the top use another (WP:MOSBD). In persondata it is recommended to spell it out. 90% of articles have this way. On the German side, it is required (this is where persondata originated). I can show you the discussions too. The fact remains, it is recommend and what most already use.
Name: It never says "should be as the alphabetized sort is done". It says "|NAME= field, in the following format: Family Name, Given Name Middle Names, title" and "When in doubt, format the name according to how you would expect it to be alphabetized." If I leave off al or el in the name field of an Arabic name, I get yelled for it. Why, because it is part of their Family name. You tell me not to do it because persondata says not to. Well persondata says to do it and in doubt do as it is alphabetized because alot of cultures don't have family names. (Iceland, Burma and Malaysia to start).
I do this because 95%+ of new articles don't include persondata or WikiProject Biography information. I've cleared out tracking categories and would like to keep them cleared out. This one will never be cleared out. This week's signpost has a nice opinion piece on gnome work. I do it because people, including me, are sloppy. Problems start to accumulate and things get worse. I used to do something similar for my real-world job and I enjoy doing it. You like to create new articles. Some say every minor athlete or musician shouldn't need an article and it is wasting time, but you do it anyway because it is something you enjoy. If you see something I'm continually doing that is actually against a policy or is in error, please tell me. I'm not error free. Otherwise, lets part ways and agree to disagree. First of all, I apologise for riling you up and making a big deal out of what is essentially a technical disagreement (god knows this happens to often on Wikipedia!). I'm still a little confused by your logic though.
A date clash occurs when both US and British styles are in use (April 18/18 April). Consistent use of one of these styles and then ISO dates in references and persondata is not a clash. Re-read who you linked to at DATEUNIFY. It explicitly states that ISO dates may be used in reference (a fact repeated at the more in-depth description on the Citation style page). You say it is recommended to spell it out in persondata, but where? I see no policy support for this view, where as I have offered multiple instances to the contrary. I've opened a thread to discuss ISO usage.
I'm quite surprised that you have doubts about how to sort "da Silva", given that the very test example for using persondata tells us the Portuguese for Magellan should be sorted as "Magalhães, Fernão de". Besides, where you have doubt and there is a pre-existing name entry, wouldn't it be safer to assume that the previous editor sorted correctly (when you yourself admit lack of knowledge of what is correct)?
I'm quite sorry for busting your balls on this and I appreciate your dedication to sorting (I am familiar with such grunt work having removed 1000s from the Ref error cat), but it is one thing to add data and quite another to modify data incorrectly. SFB 17:55, 7 November 2011 (UTC)

I never had doubts about how "da Silva" is sorted. I never said that. Please read what I actually said. I said for the NAME value, the regulations say when in doubt use defaultsort. The regs say that NAME value should be "Family Name, Given Name Middle Names, title" and when in doubt use defaultsort. Never, anywhere does it say they should be the same value. "da Silva" is the family name and is used as the family name in the NAME value. I said there are instances where there is no family name, so use the defaultsort value. There are other instances of names that don't fall under standard family name, given name, so use defaultsort as default. The full name should be used as the NAME value. Sometimes Portuguese names are four words, while the title and defaultsort only has two words.
Do what you want with dates as the regs clearly say you can use ISO dates. DO NOT say NAME should not be "da Silva, Solonei", because regs clearly say it should be. I don't go to pages just to do either or both of the two. I went to Solonei da Silva because it had "Sao" as the birthplace and there is no city called Sao. You must create alot of new pages, have I done it on others? If I had, I'm sure you would be after me in a heartbeat. Heck, I'm sure if I touch any article "you own" for whatever reason, you clearly would get after me.

Orphan status just mean that no other Wikipedia article links to it. On the left-hand side of any Wikipedia page, there are a bunch of links. Under "Toolbox", there is a link, "What links here". Clicking on this will show you what other articles link to the article you are currently viewing.
You have a couple of options on Carpenter's article. 1) Put {{db-author}} at the top of the page. This will leave a tag on the article and an administrator will delete the page a few hours later. 2) The better option is for you to work on the page. If you decide to change the title of the article, we can "move" the article to the new title. Give me a yell and I can move it for you. Bgwhite (talk) 10:04, 9 November 2011 (UTC)

The preponderance of evidence in the news this morning is that his name is Lester Carpenter, so I edited the article to reflect that, and would appreciate your moving it to the new title, Lester Carpenter. That's funny, because I've added or edited this banner on hundreds of articles, yet I've always ignored this parameter altogether. Talk page in question is Talk:Christopher G. Moore. I've thought I've seen your name around before about this on other talk pages... I try to only alert people who are repeat offenders. Looking at the diffs, you are right. You only added a&e-group. However, the priority value was already set. So, when you added a&e-group with priority already set, the talk page went into a tracking category, which is how I spotted it. This is no biggie... just trying to keep the tracking category clean. I have to remember to add DEFAULTSORT to bios. With Georges Minsay Booka, the surname is Minsay, Booka optional. So the sequence is presumably Minsay Booka, Georges although there could be a case for Minsay, Georges. There are hundreds of ethnic groups in the DRC, but most languages are in the broad Bantu family so perhaps names are formed similarly. The general rule seems to be that after European-style first names, the next set of names form the surname. François Joseph Mobutu Nzanga Ngbangawe is called François Mobutu for short. Sorry I'm late. I've been without a computer (my old one literally blew up) and had some family matters. Coming into this late, it seems everything is somewhat settled. The other user wanting your autopatrolled rights removed definitely was weird... dormant account coming to life and accusing people of things is not good. However, some of your new articles do have problems.
Automark could be expanded a bit more to make its notability a little more clear.
Araida Corbol appears to have done only one movie. That doesn't make one automatically get a page. My feeling is there needs to be something else to improve her importance. I'd vote delete, but I'd need to dig further to make sure.
For the TV and news journalists, could you add some more references and show their importance. For example, it appears Shahzeb Khanzada is a TV host on a national TV news channel. I just noticed the link you gave came from "secure.wikimedia.org". That has been depreciated and "https://en.wikipedia.org" is the right way now. (Just use https with the regular web address) They made the change a couple of months back. It is much faster than the "secure.wikimedia" way and it is "relative"... meaning if you are using https then a wikilink will also use https. Here is the blog post about it. I too had been on secure.wikemedia for two or so years. I also remember the problems... slow and would stop working every other week. I haven't experienced one problem with https. I haven't experienced one slow down. https is using the same system as normal http instead of a separate system secure used. Come over to the dark side Luke... You probably have no idea about what kind of blog blog.whoa.nu is, I guess? whoa.nu is Sweden's largest hip hip community (even has its own article on the Swedish Wikipedia), and blog.whoa.nu is the blog of the editorial staff of the site, the third most popular music blog in Sweden (and the 32nd most popular proffessional blog, all categories). You shouldn't really go around and just remove references like that without having a clue if they are reliable or not, and without knowing what kind of reference it really is. It says "blog" in the url, yes, but the review could equally well have been located under the main site url whoa.nu.
And even if you do remove references because you have a really strong opinion on the matter, you shouldn't just remove them without telling why (in the edit summary or on the article talk page). I actually thought that it was some kind of mistake and if I hadn't been a curious Wikipedian, I'd just have reinserted the reference without ever writing to your talk page.
And even if you do remove references and leave a message about why you did so, you should clean up the article after the removal. The article in question had three citations that after your edit pointed to a non-existant reference. Please be more careful with what you do when editing with AWB assistance.
I have in the past done a bunch of AWB edits, only to discover later that I had some kind of screwy edit summary. So you may not be aware that some of yours misspell "description" and "Persondata". Now, I realize that this may be an intentional display of individualization and quirkiness, in which case please follow the advice of Miss Emily Litella. I don't have that edit summary saved, so I enter it in each time I start AWB. I don't log out often, so I don't start up AWB often. I have one saved that is misspelled that I have to change every time. I'll get off my lazy but and fix it. I'm a notoriously bad speller and bad writer. Bad doesn't even describe it.
I've had my main email address for over 20 years now (Ahh, another I'm getting old reference). The OS I worked on didn't have spell check for email until around '97. I ask, because I think this might actually be a gray area, because unless she served for a while, I would not rate her that high. Compared with the importance level of Robert Stanfield, who was leader of the opposition for approximately nine-years, I think she likely should remain at the low importance level until either a major issue of the magnitude of the 1970 War Measures Act comes along and grips the nation, or she has served for over a year at least. I can only speak for the WikiProject Biography banner, but I think my (emphasis on my) reasoning is in the same vain as the other banners. I look at all the politicians in the past and currently to figure their class rating. Leader of a country I usually give a low or mid. Member of a country's assembly or legislature I usually give a low. I'd think the same sort of reasoning would work for other banners.
Nash and Stanfield are completely two different stories. Standfield was Premier of Nova Scotia for 9 years, leader of the Progressive Conservative Party for 9 years and much more. Nash is just starting out in comparison. It comes down to what has a person done. I'm surprised Standfield's WP Canada banner rates him class=low, would think atleast mid.
