Has there ever been a Tangut coin produced with this inscription (番國寶錢 / 番国宝钱)? According to this website it was, but I am not sure if this is an archaic translation or inauthentic. --Donald Trung (talk) 21:56, 20 February 2020 (UTC)
I know that there are different possible readings of Tangut characters, so I wonder if this is another reading of an earlier identified Tangut cash coin. --Donald Trung (talk) 23:29, 20 February 2020 (UTC)
An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Khitan scripts, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Diela (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver).

Hello, the “previous plane” and “next plane” buttons seem not to work any more since the addition of the tabs. 1234qwer1234qwer4 (talk) 23:43, 22 March 2020 (UTC)
Is there a UniCode version of ʼPhags-pa script? And if not, is there a chance that it will ever be developed? It would actually be handy to use in some articles related to the Mongol Empire. --Donald Trung (talk) 07:00, 23 March 2020 (UTC)
Your edit here contained an uncivil WP:PA, and I have noted that I perceive it as such. However, you have not addressed it while editing otherwise . I strongly suggest that you correct your edit regarding this. After that, the discussion can continue & be more productive. -DePiep (talk) 09:29, 24 March 2020 (UTC)

I noticed that you seem to be one of the maintainers of the Unicode chart templates, and I had a thought that it would be a good idea to include a link to the chapter of the Unicode core specification that applies to each block as well as the link to the Unicode code charts themselves on each of those templates. Just a random thought as I was trying to lookup information on the "Ribbon" half form of Devanagari Sha and had to track it down through the Unicode.org website. I didn't know you edited here too. Small world, huh?
Thanks for those factual corrections. I kind of want to try to get Unicode Consortium up to a GA. I think that enough big media have weighed in on them that it might even be possible. I have other stuff to do first though.
I missed the Script Ad Hoc Group deadline, which is honestly fine because there are a lot more details to consider than I thought, so I really do need more time. I've been up for around 24 hours at this point so I'm about to hit the hay, but just wanted to say hi.
By the way, sorry about this tweet, my sense of humor is indeed incomprehensible to even myself the next day. Can't believe I thought that was funny.

So, one thing I didn't think of when I wrote the above is the matter of the Japanese government's input into Unicode. You say they they don't affect Unicode directly. Does this mean that there are actually two avenues of augmenting the UCS? That is to say, while almost all changes to the UCS happen because of a document in the UTC register, does Unicode sometimes add characters due to changes made by ISO to the UCS? So is it actually a two way street? If so the article should definitely clarify this. I guess that would apply to emoji as well? This edit simultaneously added a maintenance banner saying "The present disambiguation page holds the title of a primary topic, and an article needs to be written about it. It is believed to qualify as a broad-concept article. It may be written directly at this page or drafted elsewhere and then moved over here. Related titles should be described in Khitan scripts, while unrelated titles should be moved to Khitan scripts (disambiguation)." and converted the former broad-concept article into a disambiguation.
There are no unrelated titles.
I don't understand what you're getting at. wbm1058 (talk) 12:52, 1 August 2020 (UTC)
