Zaphod Beeblebrox - "Three hands, two heads and one big ego..."
aka
30 year old analyst programmer in living in West Yorkshire.
I tend to be a little suspicious of any anonymous edits and can often be found trawling the Recent Changes page looking for vandalism that needs to be reverted.
My interests include going to live music events, archery, fencing and astronomy. I am also a member of CAMRA.
I have a great interest in British television and radio series - mainly in the science fiction and comedy areas ; I will be looking to considerably expand on Wikipedia's coverage of the topics by providing detailed entries of any unlinked articles.
Whilst constructing the list for the West Yorkshire category, I noticed that most of the articles are at best one-line stubs ; must do some work on improving the quality of these articles.
A number of articles on the life and achievements of various cricket players seems very sparse indeed. Expand some of these articles to make them more informative.
I am a great follower of British radio and television comedy. A number of articles need to be created in this area (particularly for the radio comedy genre). Will also try to create some biographical articles for members of the cast if they do not already exist.
This isn't really meant for public consumption - it's just where I keep my "rough work" before saving it into the main encyclopedia:
Pages which I find useful - others may find them interesting as well ; but these are referenced primarily for my own benefit:
Wikipedia:Image copyright tags - A list of tags to be used by the Untagged Images Project ; I am currently trying to work my way through the sub-page : User:Looxix/untaggedimages-ab ; feel free to come and help me!
