This bot account is the on-wiki side of the IRC bot Helpmebot. A number of the bot's commands require the apihighlimits right in order to give a response in a reasonable time.

This user account is a bot operated by Stwalkerster (talk). It is used to make repetitive automated or semi-automated edits that would be extremely tedious to do manually, in accordance with the bot policy. The bot is currently inactive but retains the approval of the community. Administrators: if this bot is malfunctioning or causing harm, please block it.

Additionally, while this bot makes no logged edits, it does use Special:UrlShortener, which is not publicly logged (but is the reason the bot has GIPBE.
