From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Wikipedia is not merely an example of advanced human capability, but of a hive-mind mentality generated from the cooperation of countless millions of people. It catalogues and references every tangential tidbit of human knowledge and achievement in record time, keeping up-to-date by the efforts of volunteers and a single, tiny, not-for-profit organization. Fueled by donations and built by believers, Wikipedia is the pinnacle of human achievement. Until, that is, someone invents hoverboards.
The owner of this page prefers to be known as Mr. Van Arsdale as long as his students are looking, and as "you there" when anyone else is. Strangely, after graduating from Southern with teaching certification in English and History[1], his journey did not take him to space, though he longs to go there. Instead, he ended up in Fresno, a short but brutal bike ride away from the best-looking places on the planet: Kings Canyon National Park, Sequoia National Park, and Yosemite National Park. He looks forward to returning frequently.
