FC XI E Bucureşti, usually known as XI E or Campionii, is a Romanian professional football club from Sectorul 1, northern Bucharest. They are the most successful Tudor Vianu football team ever in Tudor Vianu's League, with two wins (2007-2008 and Oct-Nov 2008).
