Omar Mukhtar Qamar ([Cumar Mukhtaar Qamar] Error: {{Lang-xx}}: text has italic markup (help), Arabic: عمر مختار قمر)(born August 26, 1993) is a programmer, web-designer, and currently a student at Abaarso Tech School of Science & Technology and the webmaster of the its website. Born in the multiethnic and multicultural city that is Dubai, for the last 5 years he has been discovering his homeland of Somaliland, living in Hargeisa for most of that period.
He hopes to graduate, for a second time, with better prospects for the future, and is excited for the upcoming year here at AT.

Omar Mukhtar is a small-time programmer and tech guy, with big aspirations for his future. He hopes mainly to continue on this course he's taking and to enter the tech business. Dream-jobs include working at Valve (company), he's favourite gaming & graphics company, Google the best tech company out there, and Mozilla, the best open-source tech company there is.
