The 2018–19 season was the 97th season of competitive association football and first season in the EFL Championship played by Footy Town Football Club, a professional football club based in Footyville, North Footshire, England. Their relegation from the Premier League following financial irregularities meant that, despite winning the UEFA Europa League the season before, the club be playing their first season in England's second tier since the 1993–94 season. The season covers the period from 1 July 2018 to 30 June 2019.

Lucas Boss, who was starting his first full season as manager, signed 6 players before the summer transfer window closed. Footy Town occupied a play-off position for most of the season, and finished the EFL Championship season in third place. They beat Bury 2–1 on aggregate in the play-off semi-final, before being defeated by Exeter City in the 2019 EFL Championship play-off Final at Wembley Stadium, which meant the club would remain in the same division for the following season. During the course of the season, Footy Town won two pieces of silverware – the FA Community Shield and the UEFA Super Cup, and were defeated finalists in the 2018–19 EFL Cup, being defeated by AFC Wimbledon in 2019 EFL Cup Final. They were knocked out of the 2011–12 FA Cup in the fourth round by eventual winners York City, and were eliminated by Athletic Bilbao in the 2018–19 UEFA Europa League.
30 players made at least one appearance in nationally organised first-team competition, and there were 19 different goalscorers. Goalkeeper Paul Goaliest, defender Andrew Wingback and midfielder David Makeplay missed only three of the 58 competitive matches played over the season. Vicente Goleador finished as leading scorer with 26 goals, of which 18 came in league competition, three came in the EFL Cup, two came in the UEFA Champions League and one in the FIFA Club World Cup.
