Ubayd Allah ibn al-Habhab al-Saluli (Arabic: عبيد الله بن الحبحاب السلولي) was an important Umayyad official in Egypt from 724 to 734, and subsequently Umayyad governor of Kairouan, Ifriqiya from 734 to 741.
