Troy Leonard Baxter Jr. (born March 5, 1996) is an American professional basketball player for the Calgary Surge of the Canadian Elite Basketball League (CEBL). He played college basketball for the UNLV Runnin' Rebels, Florida Gulf Coast Eagles and Morgan State Bears.
