Usage
The {{WikiProject Sexology and sexuality}} project banner template should be added (not subst:ed) to the talk page of every article within the scope of the project. While the template does not require any additional parameters, it has a number of optional ones that add various extra features to the banner. The full syntax is as follows:

General parameters
- class – a rating of the article's quality; see the assessment department for more details.
- FA - The article has reached Featured article status.
- A - Could be submitted as a Featured article candidate; probably could use some small updates to make it Featured quality.
- GA - The article has reached Good article status.
- B - Could be submitted as a Good article nominee; probably could use some updates or may lack some features from the Good article criteria, but it presents a good overview of the subject.
- C - The article is substantial, but is still missing important content or contains a lot of irrelevant material. The article should have some references to reliable sources, but may still have significant issues or require substantial cleanup.
- Start - The article is more than a stub, but may lack some important aspects of the topic's discussion.
- Stub - The article is a stub; it likely contains one of the Sexuality stub templates.
- FL - The article has reached Featured list status.
- List - The page is a List.
- Category - This is a Category.
- Disambig - This is a Disambiguation page.
- Image - This is an image or other file.
- Merge - This is a page or pages set for merging.
- Portal - This is a Portal page.
- Project - This is a Project page for WikiProject Sexology and sexuality
- Redirect - This is a Redirect page.
- Template - This is a Template page.
- NA - The page is not an article and does not fit into any other category listed above.
- ??? - This page has not been assessed.
- importance – a rating of the article's importance; see the assessment department for more details.
