Kantian ethics
- Comment: I have not reviewed another DYK (this is only my second nomination, so it's not necessary). I will try to do one and, if I can, I'll post it here.

- Ah, that old chestnut. Never went more that, what, 17 miles outside Königsberg? The article itself seems sound; though it's still pretty short. Fine for DYK purposes but if you want to take it further then we'd definitely need to see an expansion. Perhaps the relationship between the ethics of Kant, Burke and Hume would be worth mentioning, I could probably dig out some of my old textbooks on the matter if you've got serious plans to advance this one. The hook, however, definitely needs some work. Firstly, it needs to be wikified—definitely link Immanuel Kant for a start. The article needs to be linked from the hook as well, and in bold type; I would suggest using an egg link in the phrase "duty to be moral"—thus '''[[Kantian ethics|duty to be moral]]'''. I'd also consider adding a quote to the article that the hook can be directed anchored to, much in the same way that a quote sits in the "Formula of Universal Law" heading. Definitely want to see this one on the main page, so drop me a talk page message if you need any help addressing anything here. GRAPPLE X 06:39, 15 March 2012 (UTC)
- Thank you for your comments. I do indeed plan to expand it further than it is currently - thanks for your advice. I have improved the hook as you suggested. ItsZippy (talk • contributions) 19:06, 15 March 2012 (UTC)
- That's the hook sorted, so we're good to go. GRAPPLE X 19:18, 15 March 2012 (UTC)
