- FAS (link 1 above) got it near-verbatim from the US Library of Congress at ... it's a Federal Research Division COuntry Study, so it's public domain. The only concern is whether the FAS presentation of it changed anything that might be copyrighted... not sure. - FZ 20:01, 19 Jul 2004 (UTC)
