I posted a link to Chocolate Fountain Newcastle along with a picture. The picture was aproved but the link kept being removed. Im new to wiki, are my external links not allowed?

As someone that owns several chocolate fondue fountains and has operated them, I'd really like to contribute to this section. I understand Wikipedia's policies and I'm not here to spam but I do want to contribute. I just posted a link to a , a chocolate fountain rental directory that is free, contains information about all of the USA, and has no advertisements. Why is that link not allowed?
To further that, the one link in the article is a commercial link and far from the best resource on the subject. talk
