This article is somewhat short on information because this seems to be a small and obscure subclass with very little information out there to be found. There are no pictures available online at all (especially ones without copyright issues). Details about the families are, at this point, virtually nonexistant.
Normally good sources such as the Tree of Life Project have no listing of this subphylum or any of its families, even though they all exist according to its ITIS Standard Report. ClockworkTroll 13:23, 28 Sep 2004 (UTC)
I think that the number of species is 12 rather than 1200. --Xvazquez (talk) 18:14, 29 January 2008 (UTC)
If the adult grows as a bud from within the larva, the larva is larger than the adult. Does it really still deserve the title of world's smallest arthropod? We're measuring the wrong thing .... unless the measurement we have really is for the larval stage, and the supposed "adults" are the size of germ cells. —Soap— 00:46, 29 April 2022 (UTC)
