The last line of this article states, "As of 2022 April 11, Perelman's suit against the insurers is before the New York Supreme Court." The use of the determiner "the" before "New York Supreme Court" implies there is only one such court and would to many readers unfamiliar with New York States odd court nomenclature, lead them to assume the case is with the highest court in the state of New York. In fact, a "Supreme Court" is a trail court, what many states call a district or superior court. It is the first place a case is heard. I suggest the line be changed to "As of 2022 April 11, Perelman's suit against the insurers is before a Supreme Court (New York's trail court) for New York County."
