Proposed modification

Does this section really say anything beyond being a redirect toward mutually assured destruction, deterrence, and other key components of nuclear strategy? Shouldn't it just point people to those options and leave it at that? Mich112358 18:02, 30 August 2006 (UTC)

Where's the content?

We have an introduction, a bunch of "see also's" and that's it. There needs to be actual content. ScienceApe (talk) 04:56, 25 January 2013 (UTC)
