How did Bernstein avoid military service in WW II? Just wondering... —Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.162.136.248 (talk) 23:31, 4 March 2018 (UTC)
He had asthma (making him medically unfit to serve), which was nicely added to this article recently by User:Minnehaha850. Captain EekEdits Ho Cap'n! 17:56, 25 August 2018 (UTC)

I just have to wonder: Would somebody that "held an event seeking to raise awareness and money for the defense of several members of the KKK" also be introduced as a humanitarian? A lot of articles on leftist figures read like some sort of hagiography. --105.0.5.191 (talk) 23:51, 16 September 2020 (UTC)
It’s difficult to make sense out of this. The underlying presumptions seem to be that the world cleaves into two parts, “left” and “right”, that one of these is the mirror image of the other, and that it is just as virtuous to be “right” as it is to be “left”. None of these presumptions has anything to do with reality. If you have a complaint about the article, you need to specify clearly, in a straightforward manner, what that complaint actuallly is.
