"As ethical diversity and high level of education are their main characters"

hello. as an aussie i am wondering if its possible to get some citations or a removal of the betting comments. i have worked a few diffrent flex jobs, gov and private and never heard of such a thing before. if anything the majority of people work a few minutes before and after the "approved" minimum working hours (varies between work places) to build up a few extra minutes of flex daily. once a healthy balance is obtained a flex day is taken to lower the blance back down where appropriate with work conditions. this idea of making more flex for the sake of it seems rather pointless as Aus employments often have a clause that state use of flex is at an employers discretion on their staff. 162.145.32.67 (talk) 00:08, 31 July 2015 (UTC)
