No doubt this article deserves multiple pages :) Yes it does There's also such a thing as a false start in linguistics: You reformulate something that you were going to say.
i.e. How unpopular is that-
Who's more unpopular? George W, or Simon Cowell.
Nope, they are still all false starts, just need to be broken up into segments.

I have tidied up the section in athletics. I am not sure if there is currently a restart in the event of a false start or not. Could someone confirm that there is. regards Op47 (talk) 18:40, 20 July 2015 (UTC)
