Nearly all important facts are missing in the article: They were neither fair nor free, free media don't exist in Russia any more. And: Simferopol is in Crimea, which is internationally recognized as outside Russia. Rsk6400 (talk) 14:15, 15 September 2023 (UTC)
@Mr Savva: You added several pictures of people declared to have won the elections. I think that's clearly unencyclopedic content since those persons don't habe any notability in WP:RS. Parts of additions were also sourced to unreliable sources, especially the part about "potential sources". Please have a look at WP:NOTEVERYTHING and also at WP:ONUS. BTW: What is a "near by-election" supposed to be ? Rsk6400 (talk) 06:35, 24 September 2023 (UTC)
The above should read "potential candidates". Rsk6400 (talk) 13:58, 25 September 2023 (UTC)
- @Soupsnake: I don't know if you saw my comment above. Rsk6400 (talk) 07:25, 25 September 2023 (UTC)
- @Soupsnake: Could you please reply to the concerns I raised above? There is WP:NOCONSENSUS for your additions, and WP:V is at the very core of our encyclopedia. Rsk6400 (talk) 13:58, 25 September 2023 (UTC)
- People mentioned are elected members of the legislature (http://duma.gov.ru/duma/persons/1056150/; http://duma.gov.ru/duma/persons/1056148/; http://duma.gov.ru/duma/persons/1056147/; http://duma.gov.ru/duma/persons/1056149/), thus qualifying as a notable people (Averov even has an actual WP page). Haven't seen such problems with By-elections to the 7th Russian State Duma, which has analogous structure. Cited as 'unreliable source' (Клуб РФ) in Russian political community is regarded as an aggregator for political experts, which provide some level of academic (political) knowledge in field, very limited in Russia due to obvious reasons. - WP:NPOL states that office holders on a national level are notable. But that only means that articles about them can be created. I was not objecting to creating articles about them, but to adding pictures of them to this article. And I'm also objecting to calling them "elected" in Wikivoice since the elections were highly flawed. I'm also objecting to the section about "Potential candidates". club-rf / Клуб РФ may be respected in some Russian circles, but since any freedom of expression has been reduced to nothing, no source within the reach of the Russian government can be called reliable these days.
