Photo enforcement has not been used on Loop 101 since 2010 http://www.azdps.gov/Media/News/View/?p=252. The photo enforcement section is entirely irrelevant and unimportant. 166.137.209.47 (talk) 09:20, 13 September 2014 (UTC)

The new map is incorrect, it shows the 101 stopping at the northern interchange with the 202, but it should continue south through the Tempe/Mesa border and into Chandler, ending at the southern interchange with the 202. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.171.231.33 (talk) 02:56, 20 May 2008 (UTC)
Not a US Highway..
Will someone add something here about the speed cameras?
I made a minor edit. Loop 101 began construction in the late 1980s. The first segment from Glendale Avenue to Olive Avenue in the West Valley was completed sometime around 1988-1989. It was most certainly before 1990.

There is a fascinating history behind the Pima expressway, and its route across reservation land. I remember visiting in the late 1990s or early 2000's, not long after the state of AZ had finally got permission to build after years of haggling. There must have been a half-dozen "bridges to nowhere" -- unconnected overpasses. That's all they had budget for. 03:50, 28 June 2017 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by Aldenrw (talk • contribs)
its actually 61 miles in length, and the last exit to the 202 (san tan) is 61C. I fixed some errors and added a bit on photo enforcement and the controversy thereof/
Added a source for the speeder. http://www.eastvalleytribune.com/index.php?sty=69787
Along with some additional need information. http://www.scottsdaleaz.gov/photoradar/101faq.asp Nbbs 08:04, 2 March 2007 (UTC)
I didn't know whether or not leaving detail about the car was relevant. Seeing as details on the car contradicts the ticket I felt it was pertinent as to the reliability of the photo radars.
We need to add an exit chart. P.S. Remember to put Ray rd. in the "Chandler" section. I know, because I'm from Chandler. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 70.176.253.30 (talk) 01:16, 20 March 2007 (UTC).
We need to add some color. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 70.176.253.30 (talk) 02:24, 3 April 2007 (UTC).
I added some information I found on the AZDOT website for the loop 101. I added that link to the sources. I also added some help text for some of the exits up by my house. Please feel free to revert if you feel they do not meet standards, etc. I did my best. 24.251.84.221 01:37, 11 September 2007 (UTC)
