Is it necessary to state that Alan Woods is not Allen W. Wood? It already appears quite obvious, since they have different first, middle and last names! I'll just remove the warning. --MauroVan (talk) 22:03, 28 March 2008 (UTC)
Other than a symptom of how these groups are constantly either talking to themselves or down to outsiders. 71.186.172.73 (talk) 22:35, 4 January 2009 (UTC)
This article is badly named cos he clearly isnt a politician. Will change soon. Thanks, ♫ SqueakBox talk contribs 15:55, 4 December 2010 (UTC)
Personally, I'm reluctant to attribute any kind of intellectual credibility to anyone who swears allegience to the Extreme Left (you lost in 1992, in case you hadn't noticed). However, even given my innate prejudice, it seems a bit rich to describe this man as a "philosopher". After all, anyone can come up with a few convincing-sounding one-liners that articulate their own dissatisfaction (look what I'm doing to this article, for example....), that wither and die under serious scrutiny. I don't want to bandy the words "lightweight" or "joke" around, but there they are....

There is an RfC on the question of using "Religion: None" vs. "Religion: None (atheist)" in the infobox on this and other similar pages.
The RfC is at Template talk:Infobox person#RfC: Religion infobox entries for individuals that have no religion.
Please help us determine consensus on this issue. --Guy Macon (talk) 22:36, 24 April 2015 (UTC)

I removed a 2012 warning because half of the sources cited in the entry are no more associated with Alan Woods, which makes the warning obsolete. --Mv (talk) 11:03, 21 March 2017 (UTC)
