Stephen Charles Vasciannie CD (born 17 January 1960) is a Jamaican law professor. Formerly Deputy Solicitor-General and principal of the Norman Manley Law School, Vasciannie served as Jamaica's Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the United States until he stepped down to return to academic life.
