Steam Detectives (Japanese: 快傑蒸気探偵団, Hepburn: Kaiketsu Jōki Tanteidan) is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Kia Asamiya. The manga was originally serialized in Monthly Shōnen Jump and later moved to Ultra Jump at the magazines start. It was later adapted into a 26-episode anime television series which ran from October 1998 to March 1999 on TV Tokyo. In North America, the anime is licensed by ADV Films and the manga by Viz Media.
