Samuel Johnson Howard (born September 8, 1951) is the eighth and current bishop of the Diocese of Florida in the U.S. Episcopal Church.[1] Howard was elected bishop coadjutor on May 16, 2003, and entered office on January 29, 2004. He intends to retire in late 2023.[2]
