Rebiha Khebtani

Rebiha Khebtani (7 May 1926 – 16 January 2006) was a French Algerian politician who served in the National Assembly of France from 1958 until 1962. A member of the Unity of the Republic [fr] party, she represented the Sétif constituency. Khebtani's position as a Muslim woman in favor of continued union between France and Algeria led to her becoming one of the faces of the Algerian unionist movement.
