Manuel "Noli" Leuterio de Castro Jr. (Tagalog pronunciation: [lɛ.ʊˌtɛːɾ.jo dɛ ˈkaːs.tɾo]; born July 6, 1949)[3] is a Filipino journalist, news anchor and politician who served as the 12th Vice President of the Philippines from 2004 until 2010, under President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo.
