Nobuhle Pamela Nkabane MP (born 1 August 1979) currently serves as the Minister of Higher Education in the cabinet of South Africa, having been sworn in on 3 July 2024.[1] She previously served as the Deputy Minister of Mineral Resources and Energy from 2021 until 2024.
