Nikolai Kormiltsev

Nikolai Viktorovich Kormiltsev (Russian: Николай Викторович Кормильцев; born 14 March 1946) was Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Ground Forces from 2001 to 2004, before being replaced by Alexey Maslov.
