Makivvik (Inuktitut: ᒪᑭᕝᕕᒃ, Makivvik; French: Makivvik) (formerly Makivik Corporation) is the legal representative of Quebec's Inuit, established in 1978 under the terms of the James Bay and Northern Quebec Agreement, the agreement that established the institutions of Nunavik.
