Lionsgate Studios Corporation, simply known as Lionsgate Studios, is an American film and television production and distribution conglomerate owned by Lionsgate and based in Santa Monica, California. It was formed on May 14, 2024, after Lionsgate spun out its film and television businesses.[1]
