Kickstart is the bootstrap firmware of the Amiga computers developed by Commodore International. Its purpose is to initialize the Amiga hardware and core
in ROM. Kickstart contains the code needed to boot standard Amiga hardware and many of the core components of AmigaOS. The function of Kickstart is comparable
(excluding the Amiga 1000) come equipped with Kickstart on an embedded ROM-chip. There are various editions of Kickstart ROMs starting with Kickstart v1.1 for
