Kfar Tab (West Syriac diocese)

Kfar Tab (Syriac: ܟܦܪܛܐܒ Kafrṭāb) was a diocese of the Syriac Orthodox Church near Apamea in Syria, attested in the eleventh and twelfth centuries. Four of its bishops are mentioned in the lists of Michael the Syrian.
