Justin Lee Watts (born July 1, 1990) is an American professional basketball player who last played for Chernomorets Burgas of the Bulgarian National Basketball League. He played college basketball for the University of North Carolina, where he won an NCAA Championship as a freshman in 2009. He turned pro in 2013 and won a QBL championship with the Rockhampton Rockets. He went on to play in Mexico, Japan, Uruguay, the Netherlands, Poland, Qatar, Lithuania, Switzerland and the Philippines.
