Joe Shiely Sr

Joseph Leo Shiely (January 30, 1885 ā January 15, 1972) was an American contractor known as "The Gravel King". He was the founder and chief executive officer of The Shiely Company, which contributed to the construction of the Fort Peck Dam, the Garrison Dam, and the Hanford Atomic Site
