Jayson Christopher Tatum (/ˈteɪtəm/ TAY-təm; born March 3, 1998) is an American professional basketball player for the Boston Celtics of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He was a McDonald's All-American in high school in Missouri and played college basketball for the Duke Blue Devils. Tatum was selected with the third overall pick by the Boston Celtics in the 2017 NBA draft and voted to the NBA All-Rookie First Team in 2018.

In 2024, he led the team to a league-best 64 wins and their second NBA Finals appearance in three years. Tatum also won a gold medal on the 2020 U.S. Olympic team in Tokyo.
