Jere Frank Bower Cooper (September 17, 1855 – November 23, 1930) was an American education administrator. He served as the superintendent of Seattle Public Schools from 1901 until 1922, where he was known as a progressive administrator who introduced updated instruction methods and raised teacher pay in order to recruit teachers from across the nation.
