Fair use rationale[edit]
It is believed that this image is used under fair use, as:
- It is a low-resolution of a single frame of a television program,
- Its display does not limit the ability of the copyright holder to market their product in any way
- It is being used for informational purposes only, not for profit, and
- Its use in The Golden Palace is to identify the television series, using the title screen screenshot, which is the one image that best identifies the series.
