La bandera esta conformada por cinco franjas horizontales, verde en la parte superior, amarillo en la parte media y blanca en la parte inferior y dos franjas negras, una por encima y otra por debajo de la franja amarilla. Las proporción de la bandera es 21 por 13. La proporción entre las franjas es 180:1:16:1:64. Las figuras (de color negro), sus posiciones y dimensiones son las siguientes:
