Summary
DescriptionCefn On Halt & Tunnel (4860073009) (2).jpg | The now closed Cefn On halt as seen from the demolished footbridge. This view also shows the southern portal of the Caerphilly Tunnel. And interesting to see the white quadrant behind the 'distant' signal aiding visibility for the train drivers. A train from Caerphilly is just leaving the tunnel. The halt was ony three coaches long. If the DMU was in a six car formation you had to travel in one of the front three coaches to be able to get off here. |
