Deutsch: Die heutige Darstellung des Bündner Wappens wurde vom Kleinen Rat (Heute: Regierung) mit Beschluss vom 8. November 1932 festgelegt und vom Bundesrat im Februar 1933 genehmigt. Bis dahin bestand das offizielle Bündner Wappen seit der Kantonsgründung 1803 aus den Wappenschilden der drei Einzelbünde, dem Oberen oder Grauen Bund, dem Gotteshausbund und dem Zehngerichtenbund. Sie wurden entweder allein oder zusammen mit den Schildhaltern St. Georg (Oberer Bund) und Wilder Mann (Zehngerichtenbund) dargestellt.

Ellas figuravan ubain sulettas ubain ensemen cun ils portensainas Son Gieri (Lia grischa) ed um selvadi (Lia da las Diesch Dretgiras).
Italiano: La composizione attuale dello stemma grigionese è stata stabilita dal Piccolo Consiglio (l'attuale Governo) con decreto dell'8 novembre 1932 ed approvata dal Consiglio federale nel febbraio del 1933. Fino ad allora, e dalla fondazione del Cantone nel 1803, lo stemma grigionese ufficiale era costituito dagli stemmi delle tre singole leghe, la Lega Superiore o Lega Grigia, la Lega Caddea e la Lega delle Dieci Giurisdizioni. Queste venivano rappresentate da sole o insieme agli scudieri San Giorgio (Lega Superiore) e Uomo selvatico (Lega delle Dieci Giurisdizioni). |
