- A shield-shaped embroidered item with a semicircular base, 1 7/8 inches (4.76cm) in width and 2 1/4 inches (5.72cm) in height overall, divided quarterly, the upper left quarter yellow, the upper right quarter scarlet, the lower left quarter white and lower right quarter black, all within a 1/8 inch (.32cm) black border.
