Football coach (born 1943) From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Dušan Uhrin (born 5 February 1943) is a Czech and Slovak football coach and former player. He was the coach of Slovan Bratislava. Born in the Nitra District in the Slovak part of Czechoslovakia, he has lived in Prague since the age of 16.

He coached the Czech Republic national team at the 1996 UEFA European Championship, where the Czech Republic were runners up. He also coached Kuwait between 1999 and 2002.
At club level Uhrin coached Czech clubs Sparta Prague, FC Hradec Králové, Rudá hvězda Cheb, Bohemians and Teplice, as well as Al-Nassr (Saudi Arabia), AIK (Sweden), AEL Limassol and APOEL FC (Cyprus), Maccabi Haifa FC (Israel).
