This is a list of extinct languages of Oceania, languages which have undergone language death, have no native speakers and no spoken descendant. The languages listed are spoken in the Cape York Peninsula, New Caledonia, New South Wales, New Zealand, Northern Territory, Papua New Guinea, Queensland, the Solomon Islands, South Australia, Tasmania, Tonga, Victoria and Western Australia.
