My Hero Academia is an upcoming American-Japanese superhero film directed by Shinsuke Sato, in his English-language debut, written by Joby Harold and Kōhei Horikoshi, based on the eponymous manga series created by Horikoshi. The film is set to be produced by Legendary Pictures and Shueisha and distributed by Netflix in the United States and Toho in Japan.
