Mashiro Sakamoto (Japanese: 坂本 舞白, romanized: Sakamoto Mashiro; born December 16, 1999), better known mononymously as Mashiro, is a Japanese singer-songwriter based in South Korea. She is a member of the South Korean girl group Madein. She is also a former member of the reality competition series Girls Planet 999's resulting girl group Kep1er in 2021.

Mashiro won 2nd place in JYP Entertainment 12th Open Audition,[1] and was accepted as a trainee there from 2016 to 2018.[2] appeared publicly for the first time in the first episode of the Mnet reality survival show Stray Kids as part of the female trainee team with Itzy's Yeji, Chaeryeong, Ryujin and Yuna in 2017. She revealed that, after quit trainee life, she was thinking of giving up being an idol and worked part-time in Japan but she was jealous of her friend's debut on television.[3]
On July 7, 2021, Mashiro was confirmed as an upcoming contestant on Mnet survival show Girls Planet 999, through the prologue trailer. Her official profile was released on July 19, stated her as one of the program's 33 Japanese contestants. The show began airing on August 6 and finished on October 22. During the show's finale, she was revealed to have ranked 8th overall, thus making her a member of Kep1er.
In November, she was appointed as the co-leader of the group during a live broadcast.[4] On January 3, 2022, she made her debut in the group with the release of their debut mini album First Impact.[5]
On May 30, WakeOne announced that Mashiro will not renew the contract with Kep1er.[6] Mashiro departed from the group after the group's concerts in Yokohama, Japan on July 15.[7]
On July 16, 2024, 143 Entertainment reported that Mashiro will re-debut as Madein in September.[8]
On November 9, 2023, Mashiro became an ambassador for the Japanese skincare brand hadakara. On April 14, 2024, PEACH C announced that they have appointed Mashiro as their new brand ambassador.
On December 14, it was revealed Mashiro tested positive for COVID-19[9] and were announced to have fully recovered on December 26.[10]
