Clifford Robertson Allen (January 6, 1912 ā June 18, 1978) was an American attorney and Democratic politician who was a member of the Tennessee Senate from 1949 to 1951, and again from 1955 to 1959. He was elected to the United States House of Representatives in 1975, where he served until his death.
